These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kalsoni ("Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Kalsoni, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@kalsoni.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with no card required. After the trial period, continued use of the Service requires an active paid plan. Accounts with an expired, unpaid trial may be suspended until payment is made. Pricing and plan details are available at kalsoni.io.
You retain ownership of all business data you enter into Kalsoni (customers, inventory, sales, financial records). We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle and protect it.
If you connect your own M-Pesa Paybill or Till via the Daraja API, you are responsible for the accuracy of the credentials you provide and for your relationship with Safaricom. Kalsoni facilitates the technical integration but is not a party to the underlying M-Pesa transaction between you and your customer.

We aim to keep Kalsoni available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or fixes that temporarily affect availability.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain unpaid past the trial period. Upon termination, you may request an export of your business data within a reasonable period.
Kalsoni is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including business losses, lost profits, or data loss, beyond what is required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice before taking effect.
